The Little Red Caboose

The other day, my mom stopped by for a quick visit.  On her way over, she picked up a Chick-fil=A kid's meal for herself for lunch.  The kid's meal included a book - The Little Red Caboose.  My mom read him the book and Asher immediately became infatuated with the story of the caboose.

Several days later, I decided to take Asher to visit the Red Caboose (an old caboose that sits in downtown Kennesaw outside the locomotive museum).  He was in heaven!  Not only did he get to play on the caboose, but two trains passed by on the nearby tracks while we were there.  Then, as we left, I rolled the windows down so he could see us drive over the tracks.  It is hard to tell what the highlight of the day was - he couldn't stop 'talking' about the caboose, the train, and the tracks.
